1. Phone : A headset will work with most single-line and multi-line telephones.

(This phone is for illustrative purposes only; headsets work with a number of different manufacturers)




2. Amplifier : The headset amplifier has a modular connection, which replaces your handset on your phone. Your handset then plugs into the amplifier. When your amplifier is off, you talk through your handset. The amplifier is powered by 2 AA batteries. It has a speaker volume, microphone volume and mute button. A coiled cord (stretches to 10' feet) comes from the amplifier and ends in a unique connection called a Quick Disconnect™.
