Mallory Headsets Trade-In Program
Mallory Headsets offers a quality trade in program that helps you maintain your product in the event of failure or need for upgrade. Follow these tips to ensure your product is eligible for trade-in:
1. Call us toll free at (800)701-2289 to receive your eligibility information and Returned Merchandise Account Number (RMA#).
2. Pack up the product you wish to trade in and send it to:

3. You will receive a call from us regarding the amount your trade-ins are worth. We usually give $2.00 to $5.00 for each piece depending on their condition.
4. We will give you the option of getting a credit memo placed on your account or we can just send you a check.

Mallory Headset Repair Program
Mallory Headsets offers a repair program for your broken or failed product. Follow these steps to have your equipment repaired:
1. Pack all of your broken equipment and send it to:

2. Our repair department will go through all of your broken product and call you with what is in or out of warranty.
3. If your product is in warranty, it will be replaced at no cost to you, whether you bought it from us or not.
4. If your product is out of warranty, we will call you with two options.
·Repair the product
·Replace the product
If you choose to repair the product, we will give you information about the cost of repairing your equipment.
If you choose to replace the product, we will give you information about purchasing new equipment. You may also get trade in credit for your broken product towards the purchase of your replacement product. (See our Trade-In Program, above)
