Mallory Headsets Trial Program
Mallory Headsets is proud to offer a no-obligation 15-day trial of any wired headset with amplifier - if required. The equipment provided is new and will be the unit kept if you are satisfied with the product.
All "Trial Headset" purchases require a valid credit card to cover the cost of purchasing the equipment and is only charged if you are satisfied with the product and decide to keep it. The card is also charged in the event that our return process requirements are not met.
Mallory Headsets Return Policy
To assure that you recieve proper credit in the event of return, please follow the steps below:
1. Re-pack the unit in the manufacturer's box with ALL the packing materials, parts and accesories.
DO NOT write the RA number on the outside of the manufacturer's box.
DO NOT attach any information to the outside of the manufacturer's box with any abrasive materials such as staples, stickers or industrial tape.
DO NOT mark the manufacturer's box with a pen, marker, highlighting pen or stamps.
It is very important that you return your product with all of its original packaging. This includes manuals, cords, plastic bags and packaging ties. Sending your product back with all of its original materials insures that your return with be completed without any problems.
Failure to provide all of the materials upon the return of your product may cause your product return to be rejected and the product will be sent back to you without credit. So remember: Hold all of the packaging materials when you recieve your order in case the return of your product is necessary.
2. Place the manufacturer's box in a separate SHIPPING BOX - Add packing materials if needed.
DO NOT use the manufacturer's box to ship. Place the shipping label on the additional shipping box. Remember, you must keep the manufacturer's box free of any abrasive materials or ink marks.
3. Send your returned product to:

4. A restocking fee of 10% of the product purchase may be charged.
As our invoice states:
·No returns are accepted 30 days beyond the invoice date.
·We cannot accept returns without their complete parts and accessories.
·Shipping charges are non-refundable
·Special order products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
·All claims for missing, incorrect or damaged items must be made within 10 days.
·To return a purchase your MUST recieve an RMA number.
If we do not comply with the manufacturer's requirements for return, we are not issued proper credit and, in turn, cannot issue a proper credit to you.
